Rules for Purchasing and Selling Products
General Provisions
1.1. These electronic store rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) constitute a legally binding document for the Buyer and Seller, establishing the rights and obligations of both Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. Any changes to the Rules will be communicated to the Buyer on the e-store’s website.
Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer places a product order in the e-store after reviewing and agreeing to these Rules.
Seller’s Rights
3.1. In exceptional circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the e-store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation, stability, or security of the e-store or fails to meet their obligations, the Seller reserves the right to restrict or suspend their access to the e-store without prior notice.
Seller’s Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the e-store services under the conditions specified in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller agrees to deliver the Buyer’s purchased goods using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, adhering to the conditions outlined in these Rules.
4.3. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Seller from delivering the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer a similar product, and if the Buyer declines, the Seller must refund the paid amount within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises their right as outlined in Section 5.2 of these Rules, the Seller must refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to the Seller or until proof of shipment is provided by the Buyer, whichever occurs first.
Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-store under these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase-sale agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by notifying the Seller in writing.
5.3. The right outlined in Section 5.2 may only be exercised if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not significantly changed, and they have not been used.
Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them as specified in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the cost of returning the goods at the Seller’s request.
6.3. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and goods together with the Seller or the delivery representative.
6.4. By using the e-store, the Buyer confirms their agreement with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.
Product Prices
7.1. Product prices in the e-store are displayed in euros, including VAT. If applicable, a delivery fee will be added to the total order amount after confirmation.
Ordering and Payment
8.1. The Buyer selects products in the e-store and adds them to their shopping cart. After finalizing the shopping cart, the Buyer provides the personal information necessary to fulfill the order: name, surname, address for delivery, phone number, and any additional relevant information. The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed these Rules and submits the order.
8.2. Payments can be made via Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor online banking services, as well as Visa/MasterCard credit cards. Payments are processed in euros using the Stripe.com payment platform.
Delivery of Goods
9.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the correct delivery address.
9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the Buyer is unavailable, but the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer cannot file a claim against the Seller for delivery to an incorrect person.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods within the timelines specified in the product descriptions.
9.4. All product features are described in the respective product listings. The Seller is not liable if product colors, shapes, or other attributes differ from reality due to the Buyer’s display settings.
9.5. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including delivery fees, will be refunded.
Return of Goods
10.1. High-quality goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
- Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging (this does not apply to defective goods).
- Goods must not be damaged by the Buyer.
- Goods must not have been used or lost their commercial appearance (e.g., intact labels, protective films).
- Returned goods must include all components received by the Buyer (this does not apply to defective goods).
- The Seller may refuse to accept goods if the return conditions are not met.
10.3. Returns and exchanges of high-quality goods are carried out under Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code.
10.4. Refunds for accepted but later returned goods will be issued to the Buyer’s account within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and Seller.
Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. Disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. Parties are released from obligations under these Rules if they cannot fulfill them due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure).
