1. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding improper or non-performance of a contract are resolved out of court in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Right to Cancel the Contract

Under Article 6.228(7) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchasing the product or the start of service provision.
